High current gain: The current gain (also known as current amplification factor) can reach 100-630, which means it can amplify the input current by more than 100 times.
Low leakage current: The leakage current is very small, only a few hundred nanoamperes, which ensures the stability of the circuit.
Wide working voltage range: can operate normally within a wide voltage range of -45V to -100V.
Low saturation pressure drop: The saturation pressure drop is very small, only 0.6V-0.7V, which can minimize power loss.
High reliability: can work normally under high and low temperature conditions, and has good radiation resistance and anti-static ability.
Scope of application: Suitable for various circuits, such as amplification circuits, switching circuits, voltage stabilizing circuits, oscillation circuits, etc. It can also be used as a supplementary model BC337 to NPN, for circuits such as voltage and current comparators, optocoupler isolators, audio oscillators, etc.
